福島新築住宅
夫婦２人のための新築住宅の計画。場所は福島県白河市、敷地の南側には田畑が広がっています。大きな庭を囲むように建物が配置され、室内からは庭を介して田畑と山を眺めることができます。中庭のあるプランニングとすることで、周りの住宅からプライバシーを守りながら、日差しと風を十分に取り入れられるデザインとなっています。またパッシブハウスの仕様とすることで、エコで快適な機能性の高い住宅とし、デザイン性と機能性の両立を高い水準で実現する住宅を提案します。
Planning for a new home for two couples. The place is Shirakawa City, Fukushima Prefecture, and fields spread out on the south side of the site. The building is arranged around a large garden, and you can see the fields and mountains from the room through the garden. By planning with a courtyard, it is designed to take in enough sunlight and wind while protecting privacy from the surrounding houses. In addition, by adopting the specifications of a passive house, we will propose a house that is eco-friendly, comfortable and highly functional, and that achieves both design and functionality at a high level.
