京都の二世帯住宅
家族四人のための新築住宅の計画。場所は京都府福知山市、敷地の東側には親族の住宅があります。敷地の最大の特徴とも言える奥行き30ｍ以上の細長い形状を生かし、日差しや風通しを十分に確保できる二階建ての計画としました。周りの住宅からプライバシーを守りながら、水平方向に180度開いた開放感のあるデザインとし、親族の住宅に対しても開くことで、家族間の付かず離れずの良好な繋がりをデザインします。また親族の住宅との間のこの程よい距離感によって、まだ幼い子供達が安全に安心して遊ぶ場を作ります。温かみのある木の空間と住宅を取り巻く緑によって、健康的で伸びやかに過ごすことのできる住宅を提案します。
Planning for a new home for four family members. The place is Fukuchiyama City, Kyoto Prefecture, and there is a relative’s house on the east side of the site. Taking advantage of the elongated shape with a depth of 30 m or more, which can be said to be the greatest feature of the site, we planned a two-story building that can secure sufficient sunlight and ventilation. While protecting privacy from the surrounding houses, the design has a feeling of openness that opens 180 degrees in the horizontal direction, and by opening it to the houses of relatives, we design a good connection without leaving the family. In addition, this sense of distance from relatives’ homes creates a place where young children can play safely and with peace of mind. We propose a healthy and relaxing house with a warm wooden space and greenery surrounding the house.
